1. Who we are
Light Verify Loans operates a loan information and matching website. We are not a lender.
2. Loan application information
Your identity, contact, employment, income, Social Security and banking details are entered only in the secure application provided by our network partner. That application is hosted by the partner, not by our web server, and our site does not receive, store or log its fields. The partner and any lender you deal with provide their own privacy notices and consents, which apply to that information.
3. Amounts and calculators
The amount you choose is placed in the page address so the next page can show it. The offer check runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent to us.
4. Contact form
If you send a message, we keep your name, email address and message in our support system so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Replies may be sent with help from an email delivery provider. We do not use these details for marketing.
5. Security checks
Before opening the application or sending a message, a Cloudflare Turnstile check helps confirm you are a person. Cloudflare processes limited technical data for this under its own privacy terms. We use one session cookie to protect forms against misuse.
6. Server logs and statistics
Our hosting creates standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We also count page visits in aggregate, by page and broad traffic source only, after a human interaction. These counts contain no visitor identifiers, form values or full referring addresses. We do not use advertising trackers.
7. Sharing
We do not sell information collected on our pages. Hosting, security and email providers process limited data on our behalf to run the site.
8. Your choices
You can read the site and use the offer check without sending a request. You can ask us to delete a support conversation through the contact page.
9. Children
This site is for adults 18 and older.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date above. Questions go through the contact page.
