How a request works

Four steps, one form and a decision that stays yours until you sign.

  1. Choose an amount

Anything from $200 to $50,000. Ask for what fixes the problem, since a bigger loan costs more to repay.

  2. Send one secure request

Two to five minutes on any device. No uploads and no branch visit. Matching uses a soft inquiry.

  3. Verify the offer

If a lender can help, it shows you the APR, fees, payment schedule and total cost before you sign.

  4. Sign or walk away

Accept and funds often arrive the next business day. Decline and you owe nothing.

What happens after you press submit?

Your request is checked against the criteria of lenders in the network at the same time, using a soft inquiry. Decisions often come back within minutes. If a lender can make an offer, you are shown its terms directly.

If no lender can help right now, you are not charged and your credit score is not affected by the matching step.

What should you check before you e-sign?

The lender’s agreement lists the APR, every fee, the payment amount and dates, the total of payments, and what happens if a payment is late or returned. Compare those lines with what you expected. If anything is unclear, ask the lender before signing.

How is the money paid?

Once you sign and the lender has verified your details, funds are sent to your checking account by electronic transfer. That usually lands the next business day. Payments are typically collected from the same account on your agreed dates.

Can you change your mind?

Before signing, yes, at no cost. After signing, the lender’s agreement sets out any cancellation window and prepayment terms. Many installment loans let you pay early without a penalty, but check that line rather than assuming.
